For anyone wondering “What is PorchFest?” PorchFest is an evening of music, community, and summer. On a single summer evening, musicians will perform acoustic music at their respective homes or at a porch location donated by a neighbor, while others stroll through the neighborhood, enjoying the sounds.
At this 2nd annual Kingfield PorchFest there will be over 30 sites and 50+ musical performances. PorchFest is held outside on residents’ porches and front yards throughout Kingfield (36th – 46th Streets, Lyndale to 35W) and offers you the chance to enjoy the beauty and talent of the neighborhood.
Artists performing at this event are doing so to share their love of music so organizers are asking you to share your love back with them in the form of tips.
For more info on the event contact KFNA Executive Director, Sarah Linnes-Robinson at sarah@kingfield.org or 612.823.5980.
